Navigating Enrollment, Regulations, and Parental Responsibilities
Enrollment Policy and Rules:

The minimum age limit for enrollment in Nursery (PLAY) is 3.5 years, and the maximum age limit is 5.5 years.

Limited seats are available.

No donation fee is accepted for enrollment at ST. Stephen's Academy.

Providing incorrect information in the enrollment and registration forms may result in the cancellation of enrollment even after admission.
Other Policies:

If a child is suffering from a serious illness, physical or emotional distress for an extended period, parents may be asked to withdraw the child from school.

Children facing severe learning difficulties or deep emotional issues will not be admitted from STD. 1 onwards.

Parents, guardians, drivers, and domestic help are not allowed to stay on the school campus.
Responsibilities of Parents (Children and Parents):

Parents are responsible for the child's progress. They are advised to prioritize time management, regular attendance, personal hygiene, responsibility, humility, and assistance.

Children suffering from illness, infection, or contagious diseases should not be sent to school until they recover. A doctor's certificate is mandatory upon their return to school.
General Instructions:

Leave or any other type of application must be written on a clear paper with the date, child's name, class, section, parent's address, and signature.

Continuous absence without an application for more than 7 days will result in the cancellation of enrollment, and re-enrollment must be applied for within one month.
School Regulations:

Without the principal's permission, a child is not allowed to leave the school premises during class hours.

Regular parent-teacher meetings (PTM) will be held in the last week of each month to update parents about the child's progress.
Additional Information:

On birthdays, children are allowed to distribute chocolates worth only 1 rupee. They can wear colorful dresses on their birthdays.

All children must have a small handkerchief with a refill. Water bottles and lunch boxes should be small and easy for children to handle.

Anyone taking a child home from school must provide proper identification.

Parents are requested to check their child's bag for any items brought mistakenly by another child the next day.
Communication and Meetings:

Any complaints about a child's teacher or suggestions regarding the child's performance or school activities should be discussed with the principal.

Teachers will not be available to answer phone calls during the school session. Parents should take an appointment through the principal to meet teachers during school hours.
Promotion and Evaluation:

Promotions will be based on the child's performance throughout the year. The principal's decision regarding promotion is final.

Children showing no signs of improvement in their studies or lacking parental support will not be recommended for the next class.
